The building situated at Legionów Square in Wrocław. It is an eight-level building, with basement and usable space of 6000 m2.
Ground floor area available for rent is independently accessible from the outside and may function as separate commercial premises. Floors from I to V form recurrent office levels. Staff has the access to underground car park. The facades of the building were performed from the materials respecting high standard of the facility, taking into consideration in particular their durability and aesthetic properties. They consist of vast surfaces of glazing with aluminium structure, thermally strengthened. Brick and mortar sections of the building were subject to finishing with plaster ensuring the durability of their color.
