The building is situated in the vicinity of one of Wrocław main thoroughfares, the Legnicka Street. The object, with 8 levels and the basement, is characterized by the total height of 30m from the ground level and the usable area of 10 500 m2.

The shape that it has been given is a result of the search for easy identification of the building in a future-oriented big-city development of buildings within the Legnicka Street, its commercial originality – as well as an architectural nod towards the centre under construction in the vicinity. The planned diversity in the depth of the bay of rooms situated by internal hall communication between the floors forces to apply variable ceiling outline of subsequent levels.
Ground floor spaces intended for lease are independently accessible from the outside and can function separately as service spaces perfectly complementing the offer of the nearby Magnolia Park Shopping Center.
Floors from I to IV consist of repetitive office levels, single-space and intended for individual interior arrangement with partitions and furniture systems.
The facades of the building were performed from the materials respecting high standard of the facility, taking into consideration in particular their durability and aesthetic properties. They consist of vast surfaces of glazing with aluminium structure, thermally strengthened and equipped with practically indestructible titanium-zinc sheet, commonly applied in architecture all over the world for its durability and look. Brick and mortar sections of the building were subject to finishing with the plaster ensuring the durability of the color and easy maintenance in changeable weather conditions.
