The building is situated on Błatnia slope, with the view of Skrzyczne, Hyrca, Stołów, Kotarz and Równica, and each of its windows is the image of the nature’s work of art. Thanks to the applied materials, including “głębiec” – local Brenna sandstone, and the color scheme, it successfully blends with the environment.
It is a three-level building, with usable attic space and the roof with steep 45-degree inclination.
It consists of two usable levels:
- Ground floor – where the living room and dining room is situated, together with a kitchen, toilet, shower and two utility rooms – including one accessible from the inside and the other from the outside of the building. Entrance to the building – through a vestibule
- Attic – with four bedrooms and a bathroom
