The building serves the function of the seat of the Hormann Polska company representative office. It is located in Sosnowiec Milowice within the Special Economic Zone. The building follows the East-West axis.
It is functionally divided into two sections: storage area under the form of a single hall with the separated unloading and expeditionary area as well as the office and social zone – consisting of two levels, lower than the storage area by ca. 160cm. Apart from office spaces, the ground floor of the office and social zone include changing rooms and washrooms for the employees of the warehouse, a boiler room and toilets for office workers. First floor includes office spaces and toilets for office workers. The building was functionally divided into the storage area under the form of a single hall with the separated unloading and expeditionary zone as well as the two-level office and social zone, lower than the storage area.
Due to Investor’s requirement referring to repetitive architectural image of company premises all over the world, the building was designed with all architectural requirements of the Investor in mind, including those referring to the color scheme and finishing materials.
