HORMANN Legnica Sp. z o.o. manufacturing facility is located within Legnica Special Economic Zone Legnicka Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna S.A., Krzywa sub-zone.
The first stage of the investment, carried out in 2006, included the construction of one-level, three-aisled manufacturing hall without basement, in the East-West arrangement, parallel to plot borders, functionally and technologically connected with one-level office building without basement as well as a building serving the technical and social function.
Internal vehicle communication was linked with the access route, constituting intra-zone communication. From the North of the facility, one-level auxiliary buildings serving the social and administrative function were located, together with technical spaces within the building and a group of parking lots.
In the years that followed, Plant building was developed with a storage hall, while the manufacturing, office and social area underwent numerous extensions.
Technical and road infrastructure together with store squares and plant car parks was also developed. Due to Investor’s requirement referring to repetitive architectural image of company premises all over the world, Plant facilities were designed with all architectural requirements of the Investor in mind.
